YG Entertainment wished WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon a happy birthday as soon as it hit January 21 KST!

The agency revealed an absolutely adorable baby picture of the now charismatic leader of WINNER. Born in Busan on January 21, 1994, the 20-year-old singer originally made his start on 'Superstar K2' before signing with YGE and debuting with WINNER in 2014.

In other news, WINNER will be releasing their DVD 'Welcoming Collection' on the 26th.
