On January 18, Big Bang wrapped up their last performance on the final day of their 'BIG BANG JAPAN DOME TOUR 2014~2015 X' at Osaka's Kyocera Dome.
During the concert, G-Dragon made a promise to fans that the group will be making their comeback with a new album this year, answering the wishes of the fans who have been tirelessly waiting.
Towards the end of the concert, G-Dragon said, "We were regretful that we weren't able to show a new performance last time, but this year, we promise that we will make a comeback with a new album. To not have all that time waiting go to waste, we will make an amazing comeback with all five members. So please continue to love and support us."

In addition, it was revealed that YG's iKON had performed as Big Bang's opening act throughout the tour, garnering much attention with their outstanding stage presence despite their status as rookies who has yet to make their debut.
iKON performed "Long Time No See" and "Sinosijak," two popular tracks that were introduced at the final stage of iKON's survival show, 'Mix & Match.'
Meanwhile, Taeyang also hinted at Big Bang's comeback after the '29th Golden Disk Awards' to Ilgan Sports where the singer said that Big Bang was currently working on their new album and that they will be making a comeback at a time when it's most surprising
