For fans in China who don't have a Valentine this year, you're in luck because Jo In Sung is coming to you for his first Chinese fan meeting in Shanghai on February 15.

His agency IOK Company stated on the 14th, "Jo In Sung will attend his '2014 Zo In Sung First Fan Meeting' in Shanghai, China on the 15th and grab the hearts of [fans in] China once again."
According to his agency, Jo In Sung departed to China on the 14th, and following interviews with local media outlets, he will greet 500 fans and reporters during a press conference and photo time at IFC Mall. He will then hold his fan meeting with approximately 1,000 fans at Shanghai Centre on the 15th at 7:30 PM.
It looks like the wind of fans blew Jo In Sung to China this Valentine's Day!
