On this episode, BESTie put on a special performance of "Zzang Christmas", Seo In Guk & VIXX performed "Winter Confession", and EXO got together for "Christmas Day".

As for the winners, the first place nominees were Seo In Guk & VIXX, 2NE1, and EXO. In the end, EXO took home the Inkigayo trophy for "Miracles of December".
