1. B2ST "Shadow"
B2ST came back with a Junhyung-produced album this time around, and their title track "Shadow" is one that really shows off his talents. We have yet to see the boys performing live on a show - that comes at the end of this week, but we did get a glimpse of the boys performing it at their concert. It's been a year since the boys' "Beautiful Night", and while this is a completely different style, the boys haven't held back on quality!
2. INFINITE "Destiny"
INFINITE brought back their famous synch-dancing with their Hollywood-blockbuster "Destiny", and they aren't disappointing anyone! The boys smacked an all-kill almost immediately on release, and the song is the traditional INFINITE sound with a twist, as it was produced not by their usual Sweetune. In any case, the boys' activities are definitely something to look forward to!
3. Kim Hyun Joong
Kim Hyun Joong has been busy with dramas and Japanese albums, so it's been quite a while since he came back with a Korean track. He pre-released "Unbreakable", and then released his full 'Round 3' along with his title "Your Story". He bulked up and put his everything into this Korean comeback even though he was busy with variety schedules. Like B2ST, he has yet to perform his songs, but here's to an amazing comeback!
4. MYNAME "Baby I'm Sorry"
MYNAME has mainly been active in Japan, so this "Baby I'm Sorry" comeback was a special treat to fans. The "Baby I'm Sorry" MV reportedly cost around 500,000,000 KRW (approximately $430,000 USD), and the boys don't disappoint with their choreography and live performances, either!
5. A-JAX "Insane"
A-JAX is the youngest (in terms of debut date) band on this date, but their "Insane" doesn't lose in quality when parred with the veterans. The boys came with an MV and choreographer that perfectly fit their lyrics and theme, and they have control over the stage like veterans.
6. John Park "Baby"
John Park challenged the July music scene with "Baby", and the style is very different from the dance tracks the idols have to offer. He's twice proven his vocal ability on 'American Idol' and 'Superstar K', and his soothing voice is absolutely perfect to make the heat simmer down!
7. B.A.P "Hurricane"
Sadly, B.A.P won't be promoting "Hurricane" and we'll have to wait until their third title song, for actual performances, but the boys are still putting their best into this MV. Most likely, B.A.P will be performing one of "Hurricane" or "Coffee Shop" on their comeback stage along with their 3rd and most possibly 'main' title track. If anything, this single is worth a note because of Himchan's infamous loof.
8. Jay Park "I Like 2 Party"
Jay Park always loves having fun in his songs, and "I Like 2 Party" is no different! This song was previously picked up as the ending theme song for Will and Jaden Smith's film 'After Earth's airing in Korea, and it really is just 4 minutes of pure fun for the hot summer. Jay Park sadly won't be performing this on music shows, but still it's a lot of fun just from the MV!
