The actress has been cast as the lead in 'Doctor X: The Era of the White Mafia,' a gripping new medical noir drama set to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

According to an exclusive report by Star News on February 14, Kim Ji Won will portray Gye Su Jeong, a brilliant yet mysterious surgeon with a complicated and tragic past. Fans who fell in love with her portrayal of Hong Hae In in 'Queen of Tears' last year can expect an entirely new side of the actress, as she dives into a darker, more intense character.

Set against a backdrop of corruption and injustice, 'Doctor X' is not your typical medical drama. In this high-stakes narrative, Gye Su Jeong uses her exceptional surgical skills to challenge a broken system, offering a blend of tension, drama, and cathartic moments for viewers.
