On April 14, beloved broadcaster Park So Hyun, now 55, surprised fans with a heartwarming celebration marking the 4th anniversary of her symbolic “marriage” to her radio show.

Photos posted on the official social media account of SBS PowerFM’s Park So Hyun’s Lovegame showed moments from a special “Homecoming Day” live broadcast. The caption playfully read, “Homecoming Day. Congrats on the final LaSong♥Radio wedding anniversary,” celebrating the long-running connection between Park and her show.

The broadcast took place in a larger studio to welcome an audience of listeners and special guests. Heo Youngji, Park Sora, Yoon Ji Sung, and Golden Child’s Lee Jangjun joined in on the festivities.

Park, styled in a warm and elegant look complete with a bridal veil, was all smiles throughout the event. A screen behind her displayed, “Radio♥Park So Hyun Wedding Anniversary Special,” adding to the festive and whimsical vibe.

Back in 2021, Park held a symbolic wedding ceremony to mark the 20th anniversary of her show—referring to the radio as the groom and herself as the bride. With hashtags like “Groom: Radio” and “Bride: Park So Hyun,” the event featured musical performances by Paul Kim, Ailee, and Noel. 

Reflecting on the occasion, Park shared with a laugh, “I didn’t think it would turn into something this big! Listeners used to say, ‘At least you have your radio,’ when I read stories about love and marriage. Honestly, the radio has been like my boyfriend or husband—like we dated for ten years before finally tying the knot. Holding the ceremony on Black Day made it extra fun and meaningful.”

Four years later, Park is still going strong, celebrating the unique bond she shares with her show and listeners. Her glowing appearance and cheerful energy continue to captivate fans, proving age is just a number.
