Big Bang stood on stage at the prestigious Tokyo Dome for the first time since their Japanese debut 3 years ago.
Big Bang held their 'Alive Tour In Japan - Special Final In Dome' on December 5th at the Tokyo Dome. 55,000 fans dressed from head to toe in Big Bang merchandise filled the concert arena from early in the morning. The concert opened with "Tonight", and continued onto "Hands Up", "Fantastic Baby", "How Gee", "Gara Gara Go", "Feeling", "Koe Wo Kikasete" and many of their other hit songs for a full list of 24 songs and 5 encore songs. At the end of the concert, fans celebrated Seungri's birthday and sang happy birthday for him.
Seungri commented, "Three years ago, we had a concert at the Tokyo JCB Hall in front of just 2,000 fans but now we're holding our concert at the Tokyo Dome. Our dream has turned into reality. This is a special day for Big Bang."
YG Entertainment stated, "In May and June, Big Bang held the Arena Tour in Japanese 5 cities as part of the 'Big Bang Alive Galaxy Tour', but the fans who couldn't forget our passion enabled us to finish this concert successfully as well. We were able to see how successful the brand of Big Bang was in Japan."
Big Bang will be in the United Kingdom next week to bring their 'Alive Tour' to London at Wembley Arena.
