Rookie boy group A-JAX has been chosen as the new 2013 honorary ambassadors for the Korea Youth Association.
The boys were inaugurated through a ceremony on November 28th, where KOYA representatives stated "Like the meaning of their name, 'Hero', we hope that the members will be able to show what it means to try your best and inspire the dreams of teenagers to fulfill their mission under KOYA."
Leader Hyeongkon has actually been a member of an affiliated association called 'One Star' since his freshman year of high school and has experience being promoted to leader of the group.
The KOYA aims to help lead teens towards a healthy future and has had the likes of SHINee and SISTAR act as their previous ambassadors.
A-JAX will be participating in various promotional events at schools and teen centers to help the cause amidst promotions for their current mini-album, '2MYX'.
