The music industry took a break for the Chuseok holiday, leaving the space of a week empty for large scale comebacks. However, now that the holiday is over, big names in the industry are planning their comeback.
TVXQ is first in line to have their comeback. The duo have already released "Catch Me", but has waited a week to comeback with their first performance scheduled for October 5th on 'Music Bank'. TVXQ is widely known for their performance on top of their music, so many fans are looking forward to their comeback stage. They are gaining even more anticipation than usual because the world famous choreographer Tony Testa has worked with them.
Brown Eyed Girls' Ga In is also set to comeback on the 5th. Ga In has currently released teasers to songs "Gaze", "Meet Her", "Catch Me if You Can", and "Tinkerbell". Her title song, "Bloom" will be revealed soon. Following shortly on October 8th will be Son Dam Bi, with a song from Brave Brothers. Son Dom Bi has worked with Brave Brothers before, most notably on "Crazy", the song that brought her to stardom. Girl group Jewelry also has their comeback planned for October 11th with their new mini album, 'LOOK AT ME', with a song by super producer Shinsadong Tiger. The ladies will be coming back after 1 year and 5 months, after the digital song "PASS" in 2011.
Another big name to note is the hip-hop group Epik High. The group will be releasing their first track under YG Entertainment titled "It's Cold" on October 9th, and then releasing a full album on October 19th. The song is gaining hot attention because LEE Hi of 'K-Pop Star' is set to feature in the song.
LEE Hi will have her own debut on October 29th with her single "1. 2. 3. 4". Fellow 'K-Pop Star' contestant Park Ji Min will also debut in her own group, 15&, with Baek Ye Rin in the beginning of October.
