The story behind the kiss scene still cuts released by SBS 'To the Beautiful You' prior to the broadcast was revealed on the second episode!

An after-party was held after competition between the three campuses. Goo Jae Hee (Sulli) was looking for Kang Tae Joon (Minho) but he was nowhere to be found. It was revealed after Kang Tae Joon had taken a sip of an alcoholic beverage, which he is allergic to. It turns out that as a side affect, Tae Joon will kiss anyone, even someone he has seen for the first time, if he drinks even just a sip of alcohol.

When Jae Hee found Tae Joon, he was already drunk and swaying from side to side. Jae Hee was happy to find Tae Joon but Tae Joon returned her excitement with a mysterious look in his eyes.

After pushing Jae Hee to the wall, Tae Joon slowly approached her, planting a drunken-kiss on Jae Hee as fireworks erupted behind the two.
