With the massive popularity of their new title track "Volume Up", girl group 4minute will be providing a free bus in Seoul for 4 weeks.
4minute's "Volume Up" comeback stage that's slated for the second week of April, which is also the same week as South Korea's elections, marks the beginning of the free bus service.
The 4minute bus, covered with the "Volume Up" concept image, will be promoting their single by travelling throughout the city of Seoul for anyone who needs a ride. The free bus service was created so passengers can see 4minute's new image, listen to "Volume Up", and watch the music video, allowing visitors to enjoy the girls' new song offline.
On April 10th, '4minute's Free Bus Map' was revealed through their official fan cafe and social networking sites. The map shows the routes that the bus will be running on for the four weeks.
4minute's free bus route will connect four spots in downtown Seoul (Myung Dong, Hongik University, and Jamsil) making the shape of the number 4, and is planned to run from 1PM-9PM KST.
Fans are especially excited by the news that the 4minute members will be making a surprise appearance on the bus. They're planning other guerrilla activities with the public as well.
After revealing their title track "Volume Up", the song has topped four real time charts, causing high anticipation for their comeback. Stay tuned to allkpop for 4minute's special comeback stage on April 12th's 'M! Countdown".
