Trot prince Park Hyun Bin was recently met with some unexpected popularity while performing at KBS's 'Music Bank in Tokyo' K-Pop festival. Although he was performing alongside some of the biggest Hallyu leaders, Park Hyun Bin proved his worth as a Hallyu star of the trot genre by receiving an explosive response from the audience. One industry representative on scene revealed his surprise at the unexpected reaction, "Park Hyun Bin was the only trot singer in the line-up, but the audience members gave him a warm response, more so than the other artists. I think that his Japanese promotions played a large role in promoting his image."
