On July 4th, T-Max announced through their official homepage, "Kim Joon received a call from the nation, and will be enlisting into the army later this year." "T-Max signed a contract with a Japanese agency this year and have been actively promoting since the end of June. However, with the sudden call from the nation, Kim Joon has instead been preparing for his enlistment," the group's agency revealed. "In order to keep their promise to the fans, T-Max made agreements with their contacts in Japan to uphold their existing Japanese schedules. However, if the event organizers no longer want us to promote till the end of the year, we have no choice but to cancel future schedules." They continued, "We were unable to announce this news earlier, as we were busy arranging for a mutual agreement in order to keep our promise.
