What do you get when you combine the mascots of popular girl groups KARA, Brown Eyed Girls, 4minute and After School? Why, 4Tomorrow, of course! As you may have known already, Seungyeon, Ga-In, Hyuna and UEE joined forces for a special project group, which includes a song and MV of the digital single, "Tumor Row" "Tomorrow". While the former was released not too long ago, the latter only became available for the public's viewing only recently. The beginning of the MV begins with a scene of actor Lee Dong Gun contemplating whether or not attend the concert by the female quartet that will be held later that night. During his narration, he reveals the character that each girl will play: Ga-In as a pro-gamer, Seung Yeon as a great pianist, Hyuna as an aspiring designer and UEE as a fierce model. As a large crowd gathers near an area that is painted with '4Tomorrow' in large letters, the four idols descent from the sky in a hefty-sized box. The setting is mostly fixed on one location throughout the MV, which appears to be a small concert. The girls put on a show for the audience in attendance as they perform their choreography on stage and dance on top of tables. Near the end of the video, Lee Dong Gun makes another appearance as he pulls up in a suspicious-looking vehicle and admires the girls on stage from afar.
