Actress Ha Ji Won talked about love in the latest issue of Cosmopolitan Korea... But not any kind of love, a specific kind of love that she will be portraying in her next film. You can check out the photos from her Cosmopolitan shoot here: For those of you who are unfamiliar with her, Ha Ji Won is an actress/singer who has starred in many popular Korean dramas and movies including "100 Days With Mr. Arrogant," "Hwang Jin Yi," and "Phone," as well as the recent box office hit "Haeundae"; and she has returned to acting with her latest film, "My Lover By My Side." In this movie, she is taking on the role of a wife whose husband (played by Kim Kyung Min) is dying from Lou Gehrig's Disease. Ha Ji Won has said, "I'm the type of person who get sucked into the character that I'm portraying, so I'm unable to do anything else when I'm focused on portraying my character perfectly." and "In this movie, I only looked at one man, only took care of one man, and only loved one man, so it was a very comfortable and happy filming process for me." Cosmopolitan Magazine also asked her, "Did this movie change your perception of love?" to which she replied, "I had always thought, 'How is staying by a sick person's side loving them?' but through filming this movie, I've realized that staying by a sick person's side is, in fact, loving that person. I've also realized that staying by a person despite the circumstances is love, too." Sounds pretty deep! This movie will be coming out on September 24; I don't know about you guys, but I'm really looking forward to it! Best wishes for Ha Ji Won, and I hope this movie turns out to be another hit like Haeundae was!
