Ferry Blue, a self-managed idol group, has released the music video for their new digital single ‘Everything is You’. This song captures the journey Ferry Blue has taken so far and their love for fans, expressed through a warm melody and lively tone. Notably, AI technology was used in the composition process.
Ferry Blue operates independently, without a record label. The group members themselves handle A&R, choreography design, music video planning, and social media management. Since their debut in September 2021 with the single ‘Call My Name’, they have released six singles.
Gala Music, in collaboration with Ferry Blue, has launched an irreplaceable token (NFT) of this single album at noon today, priced at $100 (approximately 132,000 KRW). The NFT album of their previous single ‘Breaking The Rules’, released last September, sold out in about 3.4 seconds, drawing attention as Gala Music’s first K-pop girl group.
Ferry Blue expressed their dedication, stating, “As the title suggests, this new song is a tribute to our fans. We have poured more excitement and attention into it than usual, hoping that this song will deeply resonate with our fans.”
A representative from Gala Music noted, “The instant sell-out of Ferry Blue’s ‘Breaking The Rules’ NFT in 3 seconds demonstrated the global fans’ fervent interest in K-pop. We aim to pave the way for more Korean artists to make their mark globally.”
Gala Music, a blockchain music platform, not only offers music streaming but also utilizes blockchain technology to create a fair music trade environment, including player nodes and the utility token ‘Music Token’ (MUSIC). To date, it has released over 370 tracks from 88 artists and surpassed 160,000 subscribers and 6.8 million streaming plays in October last year.
