Hearts2Hearts members have made a subtle appearance at the airport following their recent controversy.

On an online forum, netizens discussed the noticeably different appearance and behavior of Hearts2Hearts at Gimpo International Airport on April 6. Just a week prior, the group made headlines for drawing large crowds of fans and journalists at the airport during their departure, which led to a non-celebrity passenger shouting profanity in response to the chaos. The incident reignited discussions about using public spaces like airports as "photo zones" and the celebrities' potential lack of awareness regarding the weight of the issue.

In the aftermath, the rookie girl group faced criticism, with commenters expressing their frustration through reactions such as:

"Their facial expressions are basically saying, 'I don’t know, our agency will take care of it~' vibes lol,"

"The reason idol airport schedules get so much hate is because when they go overseas to film music videos, they sneak out quietly. But when they need to show off sponsored clothes or aim for marketing impact, they announce the schedule like this, gather reporters and fans, and cause a scene… blocking pathways and creating chaos on top of that,"

"People are yelling and swearing, but there’s not even a flicker of expression change—something about that feels unsettling."

On April 6, however, the members’ appearance and demeanor had notably changed. Their outfits appeared to be free of contracted endorsements, and their faces were mostly covered with masks. They made a quick and quiet departure through the gate, avoiding interaction with the media. This time, the scene remained calm, drawing attention to the importance of mindful airport behavior from all.

For this latest appearance above, netizens left comments such as: "That's the way it always should have been," "This is what a normal departure should look like," and "Airport appearances should be downplayed like this all the time."

More reactions include:

"Other idols should rush inside too—no more runway shows or fan meetings"

"That’s basic public etiquette… something everyone should follow"

"Exactly. If you expect a crowd, move quickly and quietly so you don’t inconvenience other passengers… it’s not a fan meeting, it’s a public space"

"From now on, I hope all celebrities just rush inside quickly"

"Please, celebrities, stop creating crowds at the airport. Can’t you just keep all your schedules private?"

"If celebrities just rush inside, this culture won’t form… it’s honestly the easiest solution"

"It’s not just this idol—don’t you think all idols are at fault here? Why are they waving and holding photo ops in that situation?"

"The last video showed them smiling and chatting with fans… it didn’t sit right"

"Other idols should behave like this too"

"Forget airport fashion and everything else, seriously. How long are idols, fans, and reporters going to keep causing a nuisance in a public space used by everyone?"

"It’s about the celebrities quickly making way… I don't think they knew better since it was their first time. As long as they change now, it’s fine"

"Let’s just go quietly and come back quietly. If fans have any sense, they should stop crowding, and reporters should stop showing up too…ㅠㅠ"

"It’s not just the reporters who need to be called out—the fans do too"

"Exactly. Now it’s time to go after the reporters who bother celebrities trying to leave quietly without disturbing others"

"Saying the celebrity isn’t at fault is even funnier. It’s not a one-time thing—this has been going on for ages, and they’re the main ones at fault"

"Exactly—just take photos outside and once inside, move quickly. That way, no one’s inconvenienced"

"All celebrities should handle airports like this"

"So it IS possible lololol What was all that chaos about before?"

"I hope celebrities act like this moving forward. No more fan service, just go straight in"

"This is how celebrities should exit—airports aren’t fashion show venues"

"I hope celebrities start using airports more quietly from now on"

"Yeah, I wish other idols would just keep their heads down and walk quietly. Acting like waving once makes them a victim of hate is ridiculous"

"If we’re talking about who’s caused the most airport chaos, it’s male idols, not female ones. If you want to see this as female idol issue, go ahead, but really, all celebrities should stop these sponsored showcases and just enter quietly"

"Airports aren’t showcase venues, so stop trying to profit off it—just get in and out quickly"

"This looks so normal. Why didn’t they do this before?"

"The only ones I feel bad for are the regular citizens… It became a public nuisance before their name was even known, and now many people recognize them as 'that problematic idol at the airport.' The company needs to do better"

"Anyway, these airport PPL gigs + the public nuisance all end up benefiting the celebrities too, so it’s not like they’re innocent. The reporters, fans, celebrities, and companies are all to blame lol"
