A KBS2 drama, ambitiously produced as a "seasonal sitcom," has faced a humiliating end with viewer ratings in the 0% range.

'Kick Kick Kick Kick' is an office comedy-drama that follows actor Ji Jin Hee and former star producer Cho Young Sik, who established a content production company together. The two race to reach three million subscribers through their content production channel.

As its title suggests, 'Kick Kick Kick Kick' focuses on humor, incorporating various comedic elements. Director Koo Sung Joon, who helmed the drama, sought to blend different styles of comedy, including deadpan humor, physical comedy, and energetic jokes.

During the online production presentation held on February 5, 2025, Director Koo stated, "From the beginning, we never intended this to be a one-season project. Like overseas productions, we wanted to build a universe and grow together. While ratings are important, we hoped to carry forward with strong audience engagement and fun, making it a multi-season series."

The final episode, which aired on March 13, featured the crisis and resolution of an office romance, as well as Ji Jin Hee and Cho Young Sik reaching their 3 million subscriber goal.

A crisis arose for Wang Jo Yeon (played by Jeon Hye Yeon) and Kang Tae Ho (portrayed by Kim Eun Ho), who had been secretly dating when Kang Tae Ho discovered that Wang Jo Yeon was actually an author of R-rated novels. Worried that she might have used him as material for her writing, Kang Tae Ho hesitated. Observing their situation, Baek Ji Won advised Kang Tae Ho to approach Wang Jo Yeon first. Eventually, the two met and cleared up their misunderstandings through conversation.

On the other hand, Ji Jin Hee and Cho Young Sik continued their diet and workout routine to fulfill their pledge of doing a nude photoshoot upon reaching 3 million subscribers. For the sake of subscriber protection, the photoshoot was adjusted to a semi-nude version. The entire 'Kick Kick Kick Kick' company staff felt satisfied with achieving their goal, and wrapping up the shoot successfully. The production team, showing their dedication to audience engagement, even streamed the photoshoot live, actively communicating with fans.

Meanwhile, the follow-up drama 'Villians Everywhere' is set to air on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:50 PM, starting on March 19.
