According to FlixPatrol, a global OTT ranking site, as of the 3rd, the Netflix original series The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call ranked 3rd in the global TV show TOP 10 list.
The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call first surpassed Squid Game Season 2 to secure 2nd place on the January 29th. Although it dropped one spot on the 31st, it has firmly maintained its position at 3rd place. The series has topped the charts not only in South Korea but also in nine other countries, including Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Paraguay, Qatar, Singapore, Venezuela, and Taiwan.
The number one spot went to the U.S. Netflix series The Night Agent Season 2, with 743 points, while The Recruit Season 2, another U.S. Netflix series, ranked 2nd. Squid Game Season 2 dropped from 4th to 5th place, continuing its global success battle alongside The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call.
The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call tells the gripping story of Baek Kang Hyeok (played by Ju Jihoon), a genius surgeon who has seen it all on the battlefield. He is assigned to revive a failing trauma center, and the drama is adapted from the popular web novel Trauma Center: Golden Hour.
Ju Jihoon plays the lead role of Baek Kang Hyeok, while Choo Young Woo portrays his first mentee, Fellow Yang Jae Won. The series has gained widespread popularity for its intense storyline and strong performances. Since its release on Netflix on the 24th of last month, the cast has continued to experience a surge in global recognition.
