Choi Woo Shik and Jung So Min have officially been cast in the upcoming SBS drama 'Would You Marry Me.'

Set to air in the second half of 2025, 'Would You Marry Me' is a romantic comedy that follows a thrilling 90-day fake honeymoon survival game between a man and a woman competing for the ultimate newlywed house prize.

Choi Woo Shik will play Kim Woo Shik, a fourth-generation heir and the promising marketing team leader of Myeongsundang, Korea’s oldest confectionery brand with an 80-year legacy. A narcissistic and logical-minded individual, Kim Woo Shik is determined to lead the company in place of his late father. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when he gets tangled in a business deal with Yu Mary, a designer from a partner company, and accidentally finds himself in a fake marriage.

Choi Woo Shik has been widely recognized for his immersive and natural acting in various genres, including the dramas 'Our Beloved Summer' and 'A Killer Paradox,' as well as the Oscar-winning film 'Parasite.' In particular, he captivated audiences in 'Our Beloved Summer' as a youthful romance lead, charming viewers with his emotional depth and warm visuals. Jung So Min takes on the role of Yu Mary, a bold and hot-tempered living space designer who is determined to keep her dream luxury townhouse prize, a special benefit for newlyweds. After experiencing heartbreak—including a broken engagement due to her fiancé’s infidelity and falling victim to mortgage fraud—she is left with no choice but to find a fake husband. She impulsively proposes to Kim Woo Joo, a man who happens to share the same name as her ex-fiancé, in a desperate attempt to hold onto her newlywed home.

Jung So Min has showcased her versatile acting skills in hit dramas like 'Mom's Friend's Son,' 'Alchemy of Souls,' and 'Because This Is My First Life.' Particularly in 'Mom's Friend's Son,' she charmed audiences with a sweet romance storyline. Expectations are high for her portrayal of Yu Mary, a shameless yet lovable character who will go to great lengths to protect her dream home.
