G-DRAGON lit up the end of 2024 with his unparalleled presence and spectacular performances, captivating fans worldwide.

On December 25(KST), G-DRAGON headlined the closing stage of the ‘2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon’ held at Inspire Arena in Incheon. Kicking off his performance with a ‘Shake The World’ VCR, he delivered a legendary show, featuring his new track ‘POWER’ as well as hits like ‘That XX’ and ‘Crooked’. Sporting a Santa Claus-inspired look with a red suit and ribboned shoes, he stunned the audience with his daring fashion and stage charisma.

Fans added to the festive atmosphere by wearing ‘POWER’ caps, which were gifted as part of a special fan service, enjoying the performance as if receiving Christmas presents.

In addition, G-DRAGON topped the ‘My Santa Claus’ voting event on the Idol Pick app, securing the number-one spot and donating 100 million KRW(68,000USD) to the Miral Welfare Foundation’s child welfare program under his name. Regarding this, he shared a lighthearted comment, “I thought it was a ‘Choi Ye-dol (Best Idol)’ award. Thank you for giving me this honor. I can’t believe you still see me as an idol (laughs). Thank you, everyone!” He also expressed his gratitude to fans, saying, “This was only possible because of you.”

According to his agency, G-DRAGON also made an additional 100 million KRW donation to the JusPeace Foundation, further extending his positive influence.

His latest single, ‘HOME SWEET HOME’ released last month, has maintained its top spot on major domestic music charts such as Melon and Genie for 33 consecutive days (as of December 25). Additionally, ‘POWER’ has secured a strong position on the charts, reaffirming his status as a born digital chart-topper.
