Actor Byun Woo Seok to take the stage with a live performance.

On November 12th KST, CJ ENM announced, “Byun Woo Seok will perform on the 2024 MAMA Awards ‘Exclusive Stage.’”

Byun Woo Seok is set to appear at Chapter 2 of the MAMA Awards, held on November 23rd KST at Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan. He joins the additional lineup of performing artists.

As the main act of the “Exclusive Stage,” Byun Woo Seok will engage global audiences, creating special memories with this limited-edition performance only available at the MAMA Awards.

It’s expected to continue the phenomenon from tvN’s 'Lovely Runner'. In the drama, Byun Woo Seok plays the role of Ryu Sunjae from the band ‘Eclipse,’ singing OST tracks like "Rain Shower" himself.

The song became highly popular, securing a top spot on major music charts in Korea and even entering Billboard’s Global 200 at number 199.

A representative stated, “Byun Woo Seok prepared this performance to repay the love and support from his fans. With MAMA, it will be a particularly special gift.”

Meanwhile, the MAMA Awards will kick off on November 21st (local time) at Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, USA, and continue on the 22nd and 23rd KST at Japan’s Kyocera Dome in Osaka. It will be broadcast live worldwide.
