Seventeen's Jeonghan is officially the first member of his group to begin his mandatory military service.
On September 12 KST, Pledis Entertainment stated, "Seventeen member Jeonghan will begin his mandatory duties on September 26."
The agency continued, "As a result, Jeonghan will not be able to participate in Seventeen's 12th mini album promotions or the upcoming world tour. However, he intends on greeting fans with various content filmed prior to his enlistment."
Further notifying that there will be no ceremonies scheduled for the date of Jeonghan's enlistment, Pledis Entertainment asked fans to refrain from visiting the idol at his public service post.
Meanwhile, fellow Seventeen member S.Coups previously received exemption from his mandatory military service duties following his knee surgery.
