The latest episode of the Monday-Tuesday drama 'Lovely Runner' once again clinched the top spot in ratings, reaffirming its stronghold in viewership.

According to Nielsen Korea, a renowned viewership rating research company, the 11th episode of tvN's 'Lovely Runner', which aired on May 13 KST, garnered a nationwide rating of 4.7% on paid platforms. While this marks a slight dip of 0.1% from the previous broadcast's 4.8%, the drama maintained a solid performance, especially in the metropolitan area, where it secured a rating of 5.7%.

The storyline delves into the journey of Im Sol (portrayed by Kim Hye Yoon), a fervent fan who, devastated by the apparent demise of renowned artist Ryu Sun Jae (played by Byun Woo Seok), finds herself transported back in time to 2008 with a chance to alter fate. The drama intricately weaves elements of time travel with a gripping romantic comedy dynamic between Byun Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon, captivating audiences with unexpected plot twists and meticulous direction that brings key scenes to life.

The on-screen chemistry between Ryu Seon-jae and Im Sol has struck a chord with viewers, as their repeated time slips and burgeoning relationship add layers of excitement to the narrative.

According to the Good Data Corporation Fundex, a K-content online competitiveness analysis agency, the drama topped the charts in the first week of May, commanding a staggering 24.19% in TV-OTT general topicality and 60.52% in TV-OTT drama topicality. Additionally, Byun Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon clinched the top two spots in the popularity rankings for TV-OTT drama actors.

In comparison, KBS2's 'Dare to Love Me', which premiered on May 13, debuted with a nationwide rating of 2.3% (2.2% in the metropolitan area). The series portrays a polite romance between Shin Yun Bok, an MZ scholar with wisdom and humanity, and Kim Hong Do, a woman fatigued by a life of neglect, with Kim Myung Soo and Lee Yoo Young in the lead roles.
