The hidden camera found in musical actress Kim Hwan Hee's dressing room was allegedly planted by an idol group manager.
Last week, reports of a hidden camera found in Kim Hwan Hee's dressing room went viral. The musical actress, who's currently starring in 'Next to Normal', reported the discovery personally at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul on April 9, and she revealed the camera was hidden in a sofa inside the dressing room used by 'Next to Normal' cast members.
On April 16, her label Blue Stage addressed the controversy and confirmed they're cooperating with police investigations. Blue Stage stated, "Kim Hwan Hee recently reported a hidden camera found in her dressing room to police. The dressing room was not a public waiting room. The room is used for actors to change into outfits and shower after performances. It's a crime for a camera to be installed there, and we're currently cooperating with investigations. The actress will not meet with fans after her performances until she recovers due to this incident."
The latest reports have revealed the alleged culprit who planted the hidden camera as idol group manager 'A'. 'A' was reported to have been fired following the incident from agency 'B'. 'B' stated, "After the incident was known, we immediately fired 'A'."
