NCT Dream is set to make a comeback on March 25, according to a report by Maeil Business Newspaper's Star Today.
The group is expected to release a mini album, with activities planned for approximately two weeks, aiming to provide healing songs for their fans.
This marks NCT Dream's return after about eight months since the release of their third full album "ISTJ" in July last year.
"ISTJ" showcased the group's diverse musicality with ten tracks, and fans are eagerly anticipating another set of charming songs in the first half of this year.
Upon its release, "ISTJ" achieved a first-week sales record of 3.65 million copies, setting a new record for first-week album sales among SM Entertainment artists. All three of NCT Dream's full albums have surpassed sales of 3 million copies, demonstrating the fans' keen interest and affection for their music.
NCT Dream has received critical acclaim, winning top awards at various music awards ceremonies last year, including 'Record of the Year' at the Melon Music Awards, 'Album Division Bonsang' at the Golden Disc Awards, 'Daesang' at the Seoul Music Awards, 'Artist of the Year' and 'Digital Album of the Year' at the Circle Chart Music Awards, and 'Best Artist' at the Hanteo Music Awards.
Their participation in the 'Jingle Ball Tour' in the United States last December also proved their global popularity.
With their upcoming release, there is much anticipation for the musical impact NCT Dream will deliver this year. The group, a seven-member unit of NCT, debuted in August 2016 and is preparing for their third world tour, "2024 NCT Dream World Tour - The Dream Show 3," scheduled for May.
