Boy group MIRAE has ignited excitement in Japan with the release of their debut Japanese mini-album, 'RUNNING UP', on February 14, marking a promising start to their journey in the Japanese music scene.
The group kicked off their inaugural Japanese tour, 'MIRAE 1st CONCERT TOUR [RUNNING UP] in JAPAN 2024', in six cities across Japan. From Sapporo to Osaka and Nagoya, MIRAE captivated audiences with dynamic individual and unit performances, showcasing tracks from their debut mini-album. The group's high-energy dance routines received an enthusiastic response, with the Nagoya performance even prompting additional encores due to overwhelming fan support.
Their success extended to the album charts, with 'RUNNING UP' debuting at number 6 on the Oricon daily album rankings shortly after its release on February 15. As part of their debut promotion, MIRAE appeared on the HBC Hokkaido broadcast program and engaged with local fans through a fan signing event and high-touch event at Tower Records Shibuya branch, one of Japan's largest record shops.
