Taeyeon consoled her fans after a man went berserk at her fan sign event.
On December 8th, Taeyeon's fan signing event for her new mini album 'To. X' took place. On this day, however, it was reported that a man wreaked havoc during the event, throwing albums and demanding Taeyeon's phone number.
According to fans' shared anecdotes, when it was his turn for the signing, he went up to Taeyeon's desk and started screaming and throwing albums on her desk, demanding her number. Managers tried to calm him down but he persisted in his behavior, so the security stepped in and took him away.
Fortunately, the incident didn't escalate any further but the story still went viral on social media and online communities.
It was also reported Taeyeon immediately picked up her mic and consoled her fans first, right after the situation was under control. She reassured fans and changed subjects so that they had a good time for the rest of the event.
Following the event, Taeyeon communicated with her fans through Bubble once again saying, "Not to mention that I was surprised earlier, but I can't forget that he threw the albums that I worked hard on in front of me. I'm sure everyone who came today was surprised too, so get home safe. I'm upset."
Meanwhile, Taeyeon released her fifth mini album 'To. X' on November 27th.
Damn, not again!! She must be having serious PTSD flashbacks from the last incident. Stay safe Taeyeon.
