Fans have discovered that The Boyz member Kevin has now received song writing credits for track #2 from the group's most recently released 2nd full album part 1, '[PHANTASY] Pt.1 Christmas In August'.

Some time last week, Kevin garnered attention among fans for sending what appeared to be a series of coded messages on the private messaging app, Bubble. After deciphering the messages, fans raised speculations that Kevin was calling out his company, IST Entertainment, for failing to credit him as a song writer on the track "Passion Fruit" from '[PHANTASY] Pt.1 Christmas In August'.

Then, as scheduled, The Boyz released '[PHANTASY] Pt.1 Christmas In August' along with its title track "Lip Gloss" on August 7 KST. 

Well, it seems that Kevin's name has now been listed as a lyricist for "Passion Fruit" on all major streaming platforms, indicating that the issue between the idol and his company may have been resolved.
