On August 28, it was reported that the court rejected FIFTY FIFTY's request to immediately terminate their exclusive contracts with ATTRAKT.

A provisional injunction is a legal method used to secure a temporary order, typically issued to prevent potential or further damage. However, if the request is dismissed, it usually signifies the court did not find any urgent reason to comply with the applicant's request.

Earlier reports indicated that all four members of FIFTY FIFTY had filed for this provisional injunction on the grounds that their reputation had been tarnished. In addition to reputational damage, their legal representative highlighted several alleged issues with their talent agency, ATTRAKT. 

These complaints ranged from failure to meet settlement obligations, neglecting health protection obligations, and lack of adequate support.

Previously, a mediation was arbitrated by the civil division of the Seoul Central District Court, with the mothers of FIFTY FIFTY members Saena and Aran and ATTRAKT management accompanied by their respective legal representatives. However, they failed to reach an agreement.

After the news that the court rejected the request, K-netizens applauded the court's decision. Various online users gathered in a popular online community and expressed, "Good," "They need to pay for all the damages to be honest," "The girls really kicked away their luck and opportunity of a lifetime," "But singer Son Seung Yeon did the same thing. Her case was dismissed, but she refused to promote and left her agency in the end.
