Actor Jung Hae In successfully held his solo fan meeting in Manila, Philippines, as part of the actor's 2023 'THE 10TH SEASON' solo tour.
The 'D.P.' and 'Snowdrop' actor commemorated his 10th anniversary with fans in Asia through the fan meeting. His Manila event came after he completed the shows in Seoul, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. The actor will then head to Jakarta, Singapore, Macau, Japan, and more.
During the fan meeting, Hae In serenaded the crowd with his soothing vocals, including his performance of 'Snowdrop's OST "Memories More Than Love."
He also shared some stories behind the photos, including some behind-the-scenes shots from filming the dramas he starred in that were flashed on the screen during a segment.
Hae In's new travel series, along with Siwan, is set to air on JTBC on August 23. The actor shared, "I love whiskeys, and Scotland is famous for its whiskeys as well. I know it doesn't suit me but I love it. If you watch my show on August 23, you'll be able to see my love for whiskeys."
When asked about the advice he would give to his past self, he said that since he was still a newbie back ten years ago, Hae In replied that his past self couldn't imagine that he would be holding a fan meeting ten years later. "I'll say to him that you'll be receiving a lot of love so just enjoy your acting career."
According to Hae In, his characters from 'Something in the Rain' and 'Veteran 2' are the ones he finds difficult to detach himself to.
There was also a segment where Hae In read letters sent in by his fans. After reading the first letter, Hae In responded, "To be honest, I also wasn't destined to be an actor. When I was in high school, I dreamt of a different career. I changed my plans and thoughts in college. My parents didn't cheer for me as well because the job of being an actor is unstable and it's very hard to be successful. But I was pretty confident. Although I was lonely, I had the confidence that I would be successful someday. And at this point, my parents support me a lot, but still, there are times that I still need to prove myself."
Jung Hae In's 'THE 10TH SEASON' was presented by CDM Entertainment and Viu Philippines.
Happy 10th Jung Haein glad he stayed confident and continued acting, happy to be a fan. I too can’t get over “Something in the Rain”.
