Former Olympic gymnast Son Yeon Jae has unexpectedly announced her pregnancy during an interview on JTBC's 'Newsroom.' As reported, the former athlete tied the knot with her non-celebrity boyfriend in August 2022, sharing her beautiful wedding photos with the public.

The pregnancy announcement came as Son Yeon Jae was speaking about her consistent donations to children's hospitals. When asked about her deeds, Son Yeon Jae responded that it has "become even more meaningful now that [she] is having a child" of her own.

In the comments section, netizens congratulated her, while reacting that she "still looks so young" and that they "cannot believe she is already 30-years-old."
