Girl group MAMAMOO has added another milestone to their almost decade-long journey in the K-pop industry. This milestone comes just after successfully wrapping up the Seoul encore stages for their "MY:CON" world tour and celebrating their 9th year anniversary only a day prior. 

In a belated tribute to their anniversary, the popular music streaming platform Melon has officially inducted the female K-pop group MAMAMOO into their esteemed 'Silver Club'. This recognition makes them the 21st artist to join this exclusive club that acknowledges those with over 2 billion streams. Out of the 21 artists, only four are girl groups, and notably, MAMAMOO is the sole group not from a Big 3 company (SM, YG, JYP) to receive this honor.

The prestigious 'Silver Club' consists of illustrious artists including Im Changjung, Big Bang, Davichi, Red Velvet, and Seventeen, among others. Now, the veteran girl group MAMAMOO, nearing a decade in their career, joins this esteemed club, sparking joy among their devoted fan base. Needless to say, the fans are brimming with pride for their idols' achievement and eagerly anticipate the future milestones that MAMAMOO is sure to attain.
