ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo rushed back to Korea, abrupting his schedule in the United States due to the tragic passing of fellow ASTRO member Moonbin.
On April 20, Cha Eun Woo was seen entering South Korea through Incheon International Airport after being in the United States for his individual schedule. He quickly returned home after hearing the tragic news of Moonbin's passing.
Cha Eun Woo appeared somber, donning a black hat, dark navy jacket, and black pants, with visibly sad, tearful eyes.
Other ASTRO members are said to have gathered at Moonbin's funeral home.
ASTRO's agency Fantagio confirmed that members Jinjin and Sanha quickly arrived at the wake soon after hearing of the news. MJ also arrived later after receiving an emergency leave from his military base. Former ASTRO member Rocky is said to have arrived for the wake as well.
Numerous figures within the music industry have extended their heartfelt condolences. In a show of respect, many artists have chosen to delay their scheduled comebacks during this period of mourning.
i know the media needs to make money but show some fucking respect don't shove cameras and flashing lights into his face jesus
i'm so embarassed of my own field (journalism) it's insane. it's a constant battle between your own moral values and duties/responsibilities to the company you work for to produce material for them but i just personally am not comfortable with invading a grieving person's privacy like this.
