Jungkook is known for his massive popularity worldwide as a Kpop Idol, boasting huge impact and global success.

He has been ranked as the most popular K-Pop idol and the 3rd most popular Korean soloist according to Hallyu trends survey done by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

Jungkook has been chosen as the most popular Kpop Idol in 7 out of 26 countries in the survey, the most for any Kpop Idol.

This is not the first time Jungkook is ranked highest in terms of global Impact and popularity. In the 2022 Hallyu trends survey, (the survey started late 2021 and early 2022 before Jungkook’s solo activities), he was ranked as the most popular BTS member at 11.

In the 2021 Hallyu trends survey, Jungkook was also the most prominent topic related to BTS, highlighted with a think purple line, indicating his worldwide popularity and impact.
