"Vibe" surpasses 41 Million streams on Spotify and maintains a strong presence on the charts

BTS's Jimin and BIGBANG's Taeyang released their much-awaited collaborative hit "Vibe" on the 13th of January. The song continues to write records across all platforms globally.
On the 31st of January, "Vibe" surpassed 41 Million streams on Spotify 17 days after its release. The song has been maintaining a steady average of streams for more than a week with rates rising continuously and staying within the Top 100 of the Spotify Global songs chart. "Vibe" remains on various Top 200 Daily Songs Charts in more than 20 other countries like in Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Bolivia, The Philippines, Pakistan, Japan, Perú, Venezuela, and more. All of Jimin's songs are ranked within Spotify's Top 200 in South Korea with "Vibe" at #4 and the Serendipity Full Length Edition within the top 150.
On YouTube, the Music Video has surpassed 65 Million views. The live clip has achieved 9.5 Million views with the Official Audio close to 10 Million streams. The song is also trending at #26 on the Global Top Music Videos Chart this week after being 3rd upon its debut.
On South Korea's MelOn, the song has surpassed 12.7 Million streams so far, with 1.1 Million Unique Listeners. It has remained on MelOn Top 100 in the Top 10 for most days and achieved a new peak of #11 on the Flo chart and #1 on Bugs, it's rising on Genie. The song has gained new peaks on the Circle's Download Chart at #1, #4 Ring and Bell Charts, #5 Digital Chart, #6 Global K-pop Chart, and #10 on the Digital Chart as well as accumulating over 17 Million digital points on the chart bringing the total to over 25 Million points. "Vibe" has been discovered on the Shazam app 105K times and trends on the Shazam Top 200 in several countries including, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Indonesia.
Upon debut "Vibe" ranked 76th on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart making it Taeyang's first-ever entry and Jimin's entry as a soloist, thanks to "Filter" which ranked 87th in 2020. It ranked 9th on the Billboard Global exc US chart and now ranks at 48, earlier it was 12th on the Global 200 chart and now ranked 71st. "Vibe also debuted 1st on Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart and now ranks 2nd. The song was #2 on Billboard's Digital Song Sales Chart, #16 on Lyric Find and Jimin ranked #12 on the Emerging Artist Chart.
In its second week "Vibe" is on Billboard's Hits of the World Charts in South Korea at #6, Singapore at #15, and Malaysia at #21. On Vietnam'sBillboard Hot 100 "Vibe" debuted at #9 as Jimin's second entry; it was also 18th with 2,824 downloads on the Oricon Weekly Digital Singles Chart. In parts of Europe "Vibe" debuted at #8 on the Hungarian Top 40 Singles Chart and topped 88Rising Radio's weekly chart as well as Genius Korea's K-RnB chart on the 31st.
"Vibe" made it to the news, on the 28th of January GMA's 'Unang Hirit' a news and talk show in the Philippines joined South Korea's KBS news and SBS Morning wide to mention its success on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart as it was their first career solo entries on the chart. Tottenham Hotspur's South Korea account on Twitter shared a post of Son Heung-Min with the caption: "You know we got that ⚽ vibe" showing support for the song, the footballer has previously shown love for Jimin's "Filter."
