BLACKPINK set another impressive feat as their latest album spent another week on Billboard 200.
According to the latest chart updates released by Billboard, BLACKPINK's second full-length album 'Born Pink' is at No. 160 on this week's chart rankings for the US main album chart, Billboard 200, spending its 9th consecutive week on the chart.
As a result, BLACKPINK broke the record for the album released by a K-Pop female act in 2022 with the most weeks charting inside the Billboard 200; the record was previously set by TWICE's 'Between 1&2,' which had a total of 8 weeks spent in the chart. Further, the album has become the second-longest-running album by a K-Pop female artist in Billboard history, just behind their own 'THE ALBUM.'
In addition, the album's title song, "Shut Down," is at No. 29 on this week's Billboard Global Excl. US chart and at No. 59 on the Billboard Global 200. While the pre-release single "Pink Venom" is currently at No. 79 on this week's Billboard Global 200.
Congratulations to BLACKPINK!
