BTS' Jimin has always influenced his fans with his noble deeds and selfless personality; it is for these reasons that they often make headlines for spreading good influence.

On the 14th of November, the Philippines' biggest media and entertainment network ABS-CBN, published an article on "How BTS Jimin inspired fan group to raise P100-K for charity."

The article reported on a Park Jimin fan group from the Philippines called the Lachimolaloves who, out of their great love for Jimin, decided to organize a charity project in celebration of his birthday this year.

The group decided to partner with The Heart at Play Foundation, an organization that offers free Dance Movement Therapy sessions for marginalized students who have special needs and developmental disabilities. To achieve this, the group organized a fund drive where they sold merchandise and were able to sponsor 200 sessions each for 50 students by raising P100,000 ($1,762).

The group explained that they had picked dance therapy as a way to pay homage to Jimin's love for dance; being able to use it as a healing technique resonated with them, citing his contemporary dance education, performances with BTS, and altruistic nature in donating millions for good causes. They also thanked Jimin for bringing such a wonderful community into their lives, hoping he would one day visit their country.

Jimin is known as the donation fairy with a heart of an angel. Recently it was reported that he gave 100 Million Won to the Gangwon office of education scholarship association to sponsor the children of that province. He has supported the education of other underprivileged students by donating similar amounts to the Busan and Jeonnam offices of education, a children's foundation, and also changed 1200 desk and chair units for students at his alma mater, Busan Arts high school. Jimin donated a sum of 100 Million Won to the Rotary Foundation for the alleviation of poliomyelitis and was added to the Green noble club, a group of major donors of the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation that consists of those who donate 100 Million Won or more.

In the same spirit, Canadian fan-base Jimin United, known for their previous charity projects, adopted a polar bear under the Toronto Zoo animals adoption program. Another fan-base, Park Jimin Chile, celebrated 7K followers on Twitter by adopting a Chilean dolphin which is endemic to the country and endangered; both were done in Jimin's name. Vietnamese Jimin fan Celina also made it to the news for her wonderful scholarship granted to 15 bright and needy students at the Tran Nguyen Han High School. This was inspired by Jimin, described as "one of the top Korean artists who are talented noble-hearted and philanthropic."
