In light of the recent controversy over the group OMEGA X, it was revealed that the group was already having issues with their agency prior to the verbal and physical abuse the group received in LA that was revealed to the public.

On October 24, SBS released a video related to the allegations that OMEGA X's female CEO was hitting the members during their world tour. Just a day before, an OMEGA X fan took to social media to share their shocking eye witness of the agency's CEO abusing the members.

In the video, the female CEO is seen clearly screaming at the members and saying insults such as, "Why do you think XXs like you deserve to be loved by people? XXs who don't know what it means to be loved is loved. I know how XXing calculated you are." She continued to yell at one particular member, Jaehan, who was sitting down with symptoms of panic, and shouted, "Get up. If you get sick like this every day, stop being an idol."

After the incident gained public attention after the video of her abuse was released, many netizens were shocked by the CEO's behavior and criticized her for her actions. Nevertheless, the female CEO showed no signs of remorse or regret but instead insisted that the person who exposed the video was a hater of the company. Additionally, she insisted that SBS tracks down the person who leaked the video and claimed that the agency had been treating the boys well.

The female CEO claimed, "If you look at the V app or the comments, everyone says that there isn't any company that cares for the members this well." However, fans are stating that they have witnessed the poor treatment of the members during the live broadcast, which was very different from what the female CEO claimed.

Back in August, Hwi Chan shared, "I will overcome whatever situation" on the official fan club website that only fans can see. Thereafter, he tried to have a live broadcast, but the broadcast was shut off 12 times, and all the members stopped their activities on social media.

Afterward, the agency offered only vague explanations saying, "We sincerely apologize for causing concern to fans without sufficient explanation. We also apologize for making fans wait and worry because of a communication error in the process of reconciling opinions." 

Currently, videos and eyewitness accounts of the female CEO raising her voice even to employees are spreading on social media, raising suspicions of her abusing her powers not only against OMEGA X members but also toward employees.
