Viewers were in for a little surprise when Song Joong Ki made a sudden cameo appearance in the tvN drama 'Little Women'. 

On the September 4 KST broadcast of tvN's drama 'Little Women', many viewers were surprised to suddenly see actor Song Joong Ki appear in a scene with Kim Go Eun.

In the episode, the eldest sister Oh In Joo (played by Kim Go Eun) walks into a high-end shoe brand store to confirm who had purchased the limited-edition high heel shoes that her friend Jin Hwa Young (played by Choo Ja Hyun) had gifted her. Here, Song Joong Ki, who appeared as the role of a sales worker at a luxury shoe store, walked up to Oh In Joo to ask about her limited-edition shoes, as only three pairs had been made available for purchase in South Korea. 

Following the broadcast, many hawk-eyed viewers were able to zoom in on Song Joong Ki's uniform name tag that read "Park Joo Hyeong", the same name as Song Joong Ki's character in 'Vincenzo' before he changed his name to Vincenzo Cassano due to being adopted by a family in Italy. This 'coincidence' was pointed toward the fact that Kim Hee Won, the director of 'Little Women', also directed 'Vincenzo'.
