BLACKPINK is receiving plenty of love on YouTube this week!
On August 21 KST, the music video for BLACKPINK's 2017 single "As If It's Your Last" surpassed 1.2 billion views on YouTube, their fourth music video and fifth video overall to surpass this major view milestone. Other BLACKPINK music videos that previously hit the 1.2 billion view mark include "DDU-DU DDU-DU" (now at 1.9 billion views), "Kill This Love" (now at 1.6 billion views), and "BOOMBAYAH" (now at 1.4 billion views). The dance practice for "How You Like That" is also in the 1.2 billion view range.
Meanwhile, earlier this week, the music video for BLACKPINK's new single "Pink Venom" became the fastest music video by a female act to reach 100 million views. The previous record was held by their own music video for "How You Like That." Furthermore, "Pink Venom" is the quickest music video by a Korean act to reach the milestone in 2022 and the fastest Korean music video by a Korean act in history to hit the mark.
