On April 6, actress Seo Ye Ji expressed her gratitude toward her fans after receiving numerous gifts for her birthday. 

The actress took to her label Gold Medalist's Instagram story to let fans know that she received each of their thoughtful gifts, and also formed a finger heart as she filmed a video of all of the gifts. Then, posing in front of her gifts, cakes, and celebratory balloons, Seo Ye Ji wrote, "Thank you. I love you. I miss you." 

Meanwhile, Seo Ye Ji temporarily halted her activities as a public figure after becoming wrapped up in controversies over her past relationship with her ex-boyfriend, actor Kim Jung Hyun. The actress issued a formal apology for stirring up issues with her private life, and promised to return with a more mature image. 

Seo Ye Ji is expected to return to the small-screen later this year in tvN's 'Eve', scheduled to premiere some time in June.
