According to JYP Entertainment on March 1, rookie girl group NMIXX's 1st single album 'AD MARE' has officially wrapped up its first-week sales count with a total of 227,399 copies.
Released back on February 22 KST, NMIXX's 'AD MARE' has now officially set a new record for the highest first-week sales by a K-Pop girl group debut album. At 227,399 copies, the album also falls at 11th place in the list of the highest first-week album sales by a K-Pop girl group album overall.
Meanwhile, NMIXX's 1st single album 'AD MARE' previously went on sale as a limited edition 'Blind Package' in July of last year for a total of 10 days. JYPE advertised the package as an exclusive item even before announcing any details regarding the agency's newly debuting girl group, garnering attention.
The girls of NMIXX will be holding their debut showcase, 'New Frontier: AD MARE', later today on March 1 at 8 PM KST.
