According to media outlet reports on February 26, actress Han So Hwee has purchased a luxury villa apartment worth 1.95 billion KRW (~ 1.6 million USD) in Achiul village, located in the city of Guri, Gyeonggi province. 

The actress reportedly purchased the apartment in cash in December of last year. The title will be passed onto her after settling miscellaneous balances this month. 

The location of Han So Hwee's newly purchased apartment, Achiul village, is on the rise as a "culture village" for attracting top figures in the arts and entertainment. Numerous new luxury residences have completed construction in the village's vicinity in recent years, prompting celebrities and other well-known figures in the arts to move in for a peaceful neighborhood environment. Actor Hyun Bin made headlines last year for purchasing a luxury home in the village. 

Meanwhile, Han So Hwee will be returning to the small-screen some time later this year in her new action/thriller drama, 'Gyeongseong Creature'.
