Yang Joon Il has been accused of violating copyright laws.

On January 12, the legal representatives of the accusers, Choi Jang Ho, submitted a complaint to the Seongbuk Police Station. Lawyer Choi stated, "Among the songs in the second album, 4 songs, including 'Your Backside That Caught My Attention', were written by American P.B. Floyd. The songs are registered at the Korean Music Copyright Association under Yang Joon Il, not Floyd."

The lawyer continued, "Some fans took issue with it last year, but Yang Joon Il and others responded by saying they would consider legal action, calling it 'a malicious suspicion.' We're responding to threats from Yang Joon Il and his label by filing a complaint."
