On the last episode of BoA’s V Live reality show, ‘Nobody Talks To BoA,’ the veteran singer, who’s celebrating her 20th anniversary, takes fans into the recording and dance studio in preparation for the title track of her 10th album, ‘BETTER.’

BoA and SM singer-songwriter and producer Yoo Young Jin show dedication as they work diligently to improve the song’s groove and feel. The singer admits that the song is hard for a vocalist, but she wanted a challenge. The duo share a laugh as the idol struggles to say the English word “little” repeatedly, but it’s all a part of the process.

“I wanted to sing this song well,” she says.“Instead of the songs that I sang comfortably until now, I wanted to sing a song that makes me struggle.”

The episode continues with BoA entering the dance studio to show off her legendary skills. She talks about how she always thinks of the performance first.

“I thinkI can show a girl crush again,” she says. “That’s what I thought about [BETTER].”

The final episode ends with BoA and her dancers celebrating her birthday and managers and producers offer praise and tell what BoA means to them. Perhaps the best quote comes from her best friend and label mate, TVXQ’s Yunho.

“BoA is a singer like an onion. No matter how much you peel her off, you get something new,” he says with a laugh.
