Kang Daniel and his manager Jung Dongyoon appeared on episode 107 of MBC’s Omniscient Interfering View (also known as The Manager) on June 6. Through the program, the two showed what life is like working under KONNECT Entertainment, a one-man agency created by Kang Daniel in late 2019.

Soon after the episode aired, “KONNECT Entertainment” and “Kang Daniel’s company” became some of the top searched keywords in Naver that day.

While netizens complimented the close-knit relationship Daniel and his manager have, many clamored about their desire to work for the company for a completely different reason: the free snack room.

On the program, Kang Daniel’s manager had revealed that Kang Daniel came up with the idea of having a room full of snacks that his employees can eat, free of charge.

His generosity became a hot topic of discussion.Various netizens wrote:
