Gaon Chart has recently released their year-end data for 2019 and has shared their annual overall girl group review. The criteria for ranking was based on each group's standard digital points index and physical album sales data including solo and collaboration releases. Official soundtrack activities were excluded.
TWICE is ranked #1 overall for 2019 and has maintained their position for 4 consecutive years acquiring 98.7 total points in 2016 and a perfect score of 100 for 2017-2019.

If someone is curious why Twice didn't had a perfect score on 2016 it's because of digitals, that year Gfriend took the 1st place on digitals ( Rough comeback was big ), Twice took 1st place on physical albums and 1st overall.
