Former YG Entertainment Chief Producer Yang Hyun Suk has broken his silence.
Yang Hyun Suk spoke with JTBC's 'Spotlight' team on the episode that aired on the 20th and said, "We conduct the drug diagnostic tests regularly using kits that are purchased from the U.S. We confirmed with various people including the investigative authorities that it's not illegal to purchase them from there. The tests are conducted regularly every 2 months as a precaution ever since GD's marijuana case in 2011."
Earlier the same day, YG had made an official statement denying claims by made by 'A' and said, "All suspicions regarding Yang Hyun Suk are the informant's unilateral claims. The truth will be revealed in the future."
With regards to the drug tests, a professor from the police administration at Soonchunhyang University said, "The fact that they're conducting regular drug tests has nothing to do with preventative measures. This is just a follow-up measure. Their members are admitting themselves that the possibility of being able to do drugs is always there."
Suspicions also remain that Han Seo Hee was forced (threatened) to leave the country to calm the drug allegations and marijuana case involving B.I and Big Bang's T.O.P. According to 'Spotlight', Han Seo Hee claimed B.I wanted to purchase 1.3 million won of LSD but a month later she was contacted by WINNER's Lee Seung-hoon who said B.I tested positive in the internal drug tests at YG. When they met up, however, a YG employee K came instead and gave Han Seo hee a contact number and told her to contact him if anything happens. K conducted drug tests at YG for its artists. K revealed, "I didn't test Big Bang. I tested iKON and WINNER at the time because they were newcomers and B.I's turned out positive."
In August 2016, Han Seo Hee was arrested on charges of violating narcotics law and police secured katalk chats that included B.I's drug purchase conversations during a forensics probe of her phone. She also testified that she had delivered LSD to B.I in front of iKON's residence. She was released after being questioned by police and contacted K. She then met with Yang Hyun Suk later at his office. Yang Hyun Suk allegedly blackmailed her at that time saying, "It's too easy to put you at a disadvantage. I can see if you've reversed your statements." YG then appointed her a lawyer and told her to say "her mother had given her a lawyer." As a result, Han Seo Hee reversed all statements following her lawyer's advice.
With regards to Han Seo Hee's claims that she met with YG, Yang Hyun Suk said, "It's true that I met Han Seo Hee. We have a "no-relationship clause" at the company so I met with her to confirm the details of her meeting with B.I."
Yang Hyun Suk also denied claims of collusion with police saying, "I don't know anyone in the police prosecution at all. There is nothing to reveal because I don't know anyone there."
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's office revealed Tuesday that they have assigned a task-force team to investigate B.I's drug scandal. Many are paying attention to whether the prosecution's investigation will clear up all suspicions surrounding YG and Yang Hyun Suk.

What is the saying "better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt".
Where is this guys lawyer to say shut it, he isn't making any of this better. Actually with all of his statements and interviews contradicting known facts he is just making himself look worse.
